Dermatitis

Dermatitis is a reaction resulting from direct contact of the skin with different chemical agents such as detergents, metals, etc. This disorder manifests in the form of eczema with reddening of the skin, the formation of blisters and intense itching.
The condition appears to affect mainly the hands. A full 80% of these reactions are irritative, while 20% are of allergic origin.

The causes of contact dermatitis are varied:

Metals such as nickel, which is found in most objects with a metal coating such as imitation jewelry, watches, coins, etc.
Chrome present in cement causes many problems of eczema among construction workers.
Fragrances: these substances are found in many cosmetic products such as soaps, perfumes, beauty products, etc.
The application of topical medications such as ointments and creams.
Resins, dyes and rubber chemicals can also cause contact dermatitis.
