Pharmacovigilance and cosmetovigilance cases may be reported to the European Medicines Agency and / or national health agencies. Cases of surveillance of medical devices may be communicated to the competent authorities and Notified Bodies, when applicable. However, the information is sent to these organizations without patient identification data.

What is the purpose of processing your personal data and what is the legitimacy for it? 

The data captured by video surveillance systems is processed to maintain the security of:

  • Assets
  • Premises 

The legitimacy for this personal data processing is the public interest, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations. 

Also, the images relating to employees or third parties linked to LETI Pharma, S.L.U. may be processed for the purpose of verifying compliance with the law and the internal regulations of LETI Pharma, S.L.U. and for reporting or sanctioning infractions whenever necessary. Thus, for the latter, the legitimacy for processing is the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations derived from the relationship with employees and third parties linked to LETI Pharma, S.L.U. 

How long do we keep your data for? 

The recorded images are automatically deleted after 30 days unless there is any obligation to retain them for a longer period; examples of this are: if an activity that could or has put the safety of people, assets or premises at risk is observed and needs to be reported; a breach of the law or internal LETI Pharma, S.L.U. regulations is committed within the employment or contractual sphere of our employees or related third parties; or there is a legal or judicial requirement. 

To whom will your data be communicated? 

The images may be shared with the State Security Forces and Bodies or Courts and Tribunals; whether by request; because the commission of a crime was detected; or by virtue of a legal obligation. They may also be shared with insurance companies. 

No other data communications are expected, except to service providers to access the images on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of LETI Pharma, S.L.U.; however, under no circumstances will they process the data for their own purposes. 

If any of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure the data processing is always protected with the appropriate guarantees established by current data protection regulations.
